Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Allegiance Flag Supply purchase, you can return your unused order to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the item being delivered.
We partner with Happy Returns, which has more than 9,000 locations nationwide for a quick and easy drop off, no packaging or printed return label needed.
RETURN POLICY
- Allegiance can accommodate returns for new and unused products within 30 days of the item being delivered.
- Returns must be unused and in the condition you received them. Allegiance Flag Supply reserves the right to adjust your return method and return resolution if your item(s) arrive in a condition that does not meet our returns policy. Items that do not meet our return policy will be returned to the sender.
- All returns must be from a verified ShowAllegiance.com order. Allegiance does not offer returns on items purchased outside of ShowAllegiance.com. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
- Please click here to start a return or exchange
- You will need your order number, which you can find in the order receipt email you received just after placing your order, as well as the zip code your order was shipped to.
- Once your return request is approved, you can drop off your items at the Happy Returns location of your choice. There are over 9,000 locations nationwide, including more than 5,000 UPS stores. You don’t need the original packaging, or a printed return label: simply drop off your items. There is no cost for return shipping.
- Alternatively, you can package and mail your items at your expense via the shipping carrier of your choice.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
- Once your return items are dropped off, a refund is initiated to the original form of payment immediately. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. You will receive a refund confirmation email once the refund process is initiated.
- Please note that shipping costs paid for the initial order are non-refundable, and we have a $5 flat rate restocking fee.
